Our items are handmade and contain small parts, which could present a choking hazard or pose as a strangulation device. 

For safety reasons, ensure children are under adult supervision at all times whilst handling our products. ALWAYS remove our products before sleep or being placed in the car seat. Never leave your child unattended with our products. 

Our products are NOT toys and are intended for children ages 3 and up.

All customers assume any and all liability and use our products at their own risk.

In no event shall Bad to the Bow be held liable or responsible for any damages caused. You agree and acknowledge that any and all items purchased here should be used at your own risk and that you should assess the risks before purchasing our products.
